Mad or What

I think this boating lark sends you mad. So it is a nice weekend you have a house with a pool and hot tub, and loads to eat and drink but instead of staying there you motor 8 miles up the river from your home mooring and pay £24 to stay in a small cuddy with a little dog in tow in Woodbridge. We had a lovely weekend but what is it that makes us do this sort of thing

The Deben is a lovely river (about 9 miles) with a large speedy boat area. Woodbridge Marina (Tidemill) and of course Woodbridge is a lovely place to stay. If you do come down let me know and I will come out in my boat with you time allowing etc
