She's looking good Dave!
Martin, at least it's been discovered before you start missing the good weather?
I've just managed to get my port head rebuilt after the new valve seats being fitted. Now need to rebuild the engine then re-do tappet heads, timing etc etc.
Other jobs include re-doing my cooker cover that someone sat on and cracked at the end of last season.
Renew impeller and refit drive leg.
Repair a crack in the rear seat aluminium frame.
Adjust the cabin table to make the bed more comfy.
Remove old (redundant) heating tubes to allow more storage space.
Redo antifoul on drive and hull.
Re water-proof cover and canopy.
Remove anchor chain and mark on depths .(sick of not knowing how much I have out!)
Re-do the wiring for my depth sounder (very short term lazy attempt last year

)
Really good clean inside and out.
Full polish.
I remember being in the same position last year, time very quickly ticking away before the warmth and nice weather returns wondering if I'm going to have time to get it all done.
