They are a brokerage not the underwriters

Surprising then that they couldn't find me cover for underwater kit when Towergate were happy to. You would have thought that one of their insurers would have done the job.

Never mind, I've had good service from Towergate but will shop around again this year.

Just got my renewal from 'Y Yacht Insurance'.
The premium is the same a s last year but it seems the rate of insurance premium tax has gone up . That adds £10.
