I beat you on arrival but not on distance - just :-) Were setting off 7pm Wednesday night from Wisbeach, Cambs - hoping to make Bristol Cribbs Causeway for sleepy time, may stick around for a cheap Asda breakfast but definitely cheap fuel then into Torquay about 10.30 - 11am - We'll launch there as parking is easier for the 4 wheel trailer on the harbour arm and 4x4 free in the near by streets. We'll motor over to Brixham if the wind is favourable for Friday evening on the town quay, if not we'll see you there Sat AM.

if you PM ur number I'll try to text you if theres any problems in the bay before you arrive and meet up when you arrive etc. - Ian. FYI - cheapest fuel in the area came up as Tesco extra at Junc 30 on the M5 Exeter, if not at Cribbs Bristol Asda if you come that way. Both with easy boat access, on a trailer obviously ;-)

Have you been on this Rally before

Always room for a day tripper if anyone wants a trip down south for the weekend, I know 1 person has already threatened to turn up ;)

I am the guilty party that made that threat, however my wife Joyce has just had a knee replacement, is struggling a bit at the moment and does not feel up to the long journey down, so I am afraid that sadly I have to cry off. Geoff.

Yes Ian, the local weather is forecast to be quite nice. Have a good trip down. I am sure that you and all other participants will have a great time. Jealous Geoff.

Excellent weather for Sat and Sunday. Lots of boating done with about 24 craft from 14 ft to about 26ft. Very well organised and a great weekend. Lovely area to boat from
