Nick

I think the Fletcher will sell better with the 115 on it. and as a separate engine I think the 75 will sell better.

I am sad to see you getting rid of the Fletcher but what you have bought is a nice boat

However, the chap fitting had reservations about the prospect of the stern digging in when accelerating

I think that's bollox. Depends upon all sorts of things like trim etc. The Fletcher should easily cope with 135 on the back regardless. Not convinced about that Jeanneau, sorry Nick, I think your Fletcher is a better boat. :)

I also think that the Fletcher will easily handle the 135. Where I boat there are several 17 foot fletchers with 200 hp's on them

I haven't seen the picture of the Fletcher, but I really like that 625 and if he hadn't bought it, I'd have fancied a punt on ebay. I might get a WA cuddy, I can see the appeal! :)

Edit: I've Googled a Fletcher 19 Sports Cruiser and I think the Jeanneau is a much better looking boat!! Each to their own Ian... :)

Nearly bought one of these myself before the Mariah. Except it got sold privately while u was making a deal with the broker. Hey ho. If I stop going to the Med I would be tempted to swap to one of these
