First hiccup though, flight cancelled. On a later one, poor swmbo had a meltdown.

Here's my report.
Flybe Head Office - bunch of muppets
Aviator, Ground Handlers - bunch of muppets. Miscounted Total on Board, thought there was an extra bag, gave wrong manifest to crew. Ground handlers Dispatcher had never had to do a bag count before so in the end I helped the Captain conduct a correct bag ID. 1 hour later we pushed back.
Captain - proper chap
Hertz - bunch of muppets, had to wait an hour for car.
Accommodation - amazing, very high end Georgian house. Owners Pippa, admirals daughter, Hugo, ex navy and boat owner. Wouldn't hear of us getting a taxi into town tonight for dinner, he's driving us in his Cayenne.....!
I might have a few drinks tonight.
