However we think the dust on ours is due to us moving to the shorepower capable "premium" parking alongside the road combined with significant marina building works. Anyway, its an excuse to use speeds that blow the dust away!

Its amazing what one positive trip out can do, the last few months I had been contemplating selling the boat. I still enjoy it but its becoming less and less a priority these days. Am going to gauge how this summer goes before making a decision but yesterday helped swing it in favour of keeping it.

I think those thoughts creep in over the winter months but disappear when the sun comes out. I've been thinking the same but am now building up a bit of enthusiasm. Anyway your nipper would be cross with you if you couldn't do the Mercury stopover again.

Hi All,

Is anyone planning to go out to see the US carrier this week?

I can make it Monday or Wednesday if anyone would like to meet up?

Not sure how close we can get but I imagine there will be patrols round the ship to police an exclusion zone....
