For Sale and Wanted

Monterey 214FSC

by ColinR » 22 Apr 2015, 08:41

Much loved and respected boat, owned since new in 2010 by current owner and annually serviced by the well known Tompa of this parish.

4.3 litres of Volvo giving a wot performance (full chat) of 40 knots or so with full crew on board and a comfortable cruising speed of 25 knots at a frugal 4gph.

Lowrance plotter/sounder,
SS prop plus a spare alloy one
Solar trickle charger system
All warps and fenders
A couple of ringos if required can be thrown in as my lot seem to have grown out of them.

Featured on the header image of this very forum, now that's fame. I'd love her to go to someone I know so that I can scrounge a crew berth occasionally :D

Before I go to the open market if there's anyone on here that might be interested let me know. If it goes to a forumite you will get a year dry stack at Saxon Wharf.

P.o.A, send me a PM.

Noooooo. If we hadn't had bought the Regal then we would have probably had this off you as i know she is a fantastic boat. It shouldn't take long to sell given its condition.

Always a seat going on our boat if you want a boaty fix.

Cheers,

I'm not going away, just testing the market as I'm thinking about something a bit bigger.

Will be a wrench to let her go though

Who knows but probably not a Zonda.

A bit bigger and less sporty rather than more. :D

Been out in a 214 .... nice boat (slightly biased as its Monterey) ... looks in good nick .. should sell, especially with current low inflation rates.
