Try Tom Parker of TompaMarine
he is well connected, and may know of one, or where to get the best price.

Call or text his mobile phone. He can be hard to get hold of.

Is the old block damaged? Might be worth considering a recon exchange? Depends on what your budget is really..

( just amended, auto correct had me over again)

Hi Scatty, I'm guessing you are trying to find someone who has a block for sale rather than help trying to source one?

I've heard that if a crack is not too bad, welding can sometimes work, depending upon where the damage is.

What was the damage? have you looked into the option of repairs..? What have you had done to the heads? I only ask, as i've just been through a possible similar situation where i kept getting problems with heads due to age and salt water corrosion, it finally came down to a replacement engine for me as it simply wasn't financially worth keep chasing the problem. Just in my opinion worth a thought before putting to much money into continued reparis.
