Nick she looks like she is on the plane with the engine fully in, do you think thats full power and all the revs she's got?

.I suspect you have but have you tried trimming he out at this point?

This is when it gets challenging. If you done all the experimenting. A finer prop may give you better acceleration, a courser prop might give you more power and speed. but sadly looking at the video, I'm thinking bigger engine, sorry. :(

I think you are right.
If I trim her up the nose lifts and she bogs down. She is very close, but not planing as far as I know it.
I will drill some holes and see if there is any water in the sealed deck, then fit some bungs.
Then fit a rev counter to see the WOT revs, then go from there.....
