wow if that comes from a local then it must be true, looks like it was a one off visit for me then, I bet the beer aint cheap either.
we too had to cram in even at 9.30pm. ended up with a night inches away from a tender in the pointy end for no apparent reason either. I did see the lifeboat is that new? made that i just wasn't looking for pubs before and missed it.
