OK ... was a member of previous forum from the beginning, and one of the first to join this on e- just hadn't got aorund to introduction.
To keep things simple kept the same username ....... which comes form one of my favourite films s as a child 'Jason and the Argonauts'

Been owning boats since 1976 ... had the usual UK mix of Fletcher, Picton, Shakespeare, Broom, Simms ... before the manufacturers dried up and I went American and my current boat is a Monterey 194 FS
( http://www.boatbanter.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=71&t=266)

I boat in-shore salt water in the coastline of S.Wales, my usual launch site being Mumbles
(http://www.boatbanter.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=260)

This coastline has the 2nd highest tidal range in the world, up to 12m tides ... means we have great water with plenty of depth when the tide is in, but it can go a long way out. :(

My boat use is watersports - we never take the boat out just for a run, it has to be capable of skiing/boarding/hydrofoiling ....... that said we will often be the only boat out in the bay .........

Forgot about that ... did go look as well ... I find the new forum layout a little difficult to find my way around ..... must be an age thing.

I did think I had done this ... Ah well ... done twice now.
