Not had a single flake yet!
I’m still hopeful though, tomorrow or Friday,
Wife’s getting annoyed with me as I’m as excited at the thought as much as the kids are..

Yes Disco performing well in the snow except yesterday I hit one of the many potholes that Suffolk County Council are not fixing and it took out the side of my Tyre. Changing a monster wheel like that in the icy conditions laying in the slush to Jack it up was not any fun. Now got to fork out for a new tyre which had quite a bit of tread on it

claim damage from the county council, they have an obligation (or did) to reimburse damage caused by road defects. In the case of LB Croydon they told me too 'go do one' on a genuine claim for a new alloy wheel and tyre, the excuse being any pot hole needs to be reported first then any subsequent claims will be paid out - you see where im going with this? how can you tell if you were the first to claim or they ignore all claims? All I did was then go to the neighbouring council (Tanbridge) and claim I hit a pot hole on their road instead as it was literally on the border. They paid up straight away no query as they knew the pot hole was there from old and said they 'couldnt be bothered' to fix it to save money. If you can be bothered to claim it is worth it, you know how much a 4x4 tyre is but I guess it already in the kwik fit skip? although the fitter should give you a docket with damaged tyre on it as the proof you need?
