Sorry Geoff your rainbow would really need a large pot of gold at the end to make me change my mind, mind you driving to work (whilst it lasts) in 25 mins over that distance wouldnt happen in most other places so theres is a small benefit to being in the middle of nowhere. there are other benefits of course like the closeness of my new best friend in Morton.
by the way - my miserable journey to work is broken into smiles with the sight of a Sunseaker sitting the the old railway yard at Deeping. leafs will soon change that but shouldnt you get a tarp over her?
