Bowriders under 20ft don't usually have camper covers as they are just day boats. I think it will be difficult to make a look right on a smaller boat if you are concerned about looks
I disagree.
Camper Covers were originally designed for boats for just that, camping out on your boat. Weekenders/Cuddy Cabin's tend to have further covers for extra berths. My Sea Ray Seville has fold down double back to back seats designed to fold flat. With the covers it makes an ideal overnight camper.
Although I have never thought this design one of the best, this is what my old Sea Ray has, which was an original option many many years ago. The hood can be up and the boat driven flat out. My preference would be for a slightly raised front end with a bit of a rake, but this works really well.
A friend of mine in Australia has a small 17' boat with an outboard with covers attached to his bimini but we went out on it with the covers up at about 25knts and all was well.
